Meet Courtney Castelein, MSN, FNP-C

Courtney Castelein, MSN, FNP-C, is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience in healthcare. She began her career in emergency medicine and has since served her community as an Advanced EMT, Registered Nurse, and now Family Nurse Practitioner. Courtney’s diverse background spans urgent care, family practice, geriatrics, neurosurgery, and emergency medicine, giving her a comprehensive understanding of patient needs across all ages and stages of life.

Through her years of practice, Courtney developed a passion for wellness, prevention, and patient-centered care—helping individuals manage and prevent chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and age-related diseases. She is also a Certified DOT Medical Examiner and offers specialized services in skin care, weight management, anti-aging treatments, women’s health, and preventive wellness.

Courtney believes that healthcare should be personalized, efficient, and affordable. Her goal is to empower patients through education, compassionate care, and collaboration—ensuring every individual feels confident and supported in their health journey.

When she’s not caring for patients, Courtney enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, exploring the beauty of southern Wisconsin, and embracing the outdoors year-round.

Jennifer Kirkpatrick, FNP, is a highly experienced Family Nurse Practitioner with over 25 years of comprehensive nursing practice across the full continuum of care, from pediatrics to geriatrics. She specializes in acute care and the management of complex chronic conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), heart failure, and chronic pain.

Jennifer is recognized for her clinical expertise, evidence-based approach, and commitment to delivering precise, patient-centered care. She integrates advanced assessment, diagnosis, and treatment strategies with a strong emphasis on preventive medicine and long-term health optimization. Her practice is grounded in professionalism, clinical excellence, and a dedication to improving patient outcomes across diverse populations.

Outside of her professional work, Jennifer values time with her family and enjoys life on her small farm, where she raises beef cattle.

Lynsea Monien, MSN, FNP-C, is a Family Nurse Practitioner who earned her Master’s Degree in Nursing from Concordia University Wisconsin. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care that integrates traditional Western medicine with education and practical lifestyle guidance. Lynsea believes in partnering with patients and families to support informed decision-making and sustainable, healthy lifestyle choices. She currently lives in Walworth County with her husband and their three young children.
